Dear all,
Further to earlier announcements, I would like to clarify the procedure for ensuring that you are registered

for the Tibetan audience as well as the stewarding if you are interested;

1. Download relevant form(s) from above
2. Remember to attach passpport photos
3. If you don't have a Greenbook, remember to get your photo certified to confirm that you are Tibetan
4. For stewards ONLY, remember to provide two character references
5. Send in completed from with relevant documents to;

6. Deadline for all forms to reach us is this Friday 11th May 2012!

UPDATE ON HHDL JUN12 UK VISIT

Tibetan audience – Thursday 21^st June 2012
Further to our announcement earlier in the month on His Holiness the Dalai Lama's planned visit to the UK

in June , I am delighted to confirm that we have finalised details for an audience with His Holiness for

Tibetans and their spouse in the UK. This will take place on Thursday 21 June 2012 at Friends House,

173 Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ. We will require everyone to be in position by 8.45am and have

arranged to open doors from 7.00am. Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time to pass through

security. Please also note that cameras and large bags will NOT be allowed into the hall!

from the community's website (www.tibetancommunityuk.org) on the main home page. Please ensure

that you complete a form for every member of your family and that all sections of the form are complete.

You will also need to provide your Greenbook (GB) number and ensure that payments are up to date.

This is an important aspect of the application as we will need this to verify that you are a bona fide Tibetan.

Those not in possession of a GB will need to have their Tibetan identity certified by a Tibetan who holds a GB.

To certify, on the back of one passport photo, simply note your name and GB number and write 'I certify

that (applicant's name) is a bona fide Tibetan' and sign. Along with the registration form, you must send in

two recent passports photos and a stamped, self addressed envelope (if you are not able to come to the

Registration Day mentioned below) for us to send back your entry passes.

ALL FORMS MUST REACH US BY FRIDAY 11^TH MAY 2012!

We will be issuing security passes based on these applications and we have designated a Registration Day

for Saturday 26^th May 2012 to process all forms and issue passes that day. This will take place at the

Office of Tibet, 1 Culworth Street, London NW8 7AF.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN WITHOUT YOUR SECURITY PASS!

Stewards

We are now also recruiting for stewards to assist with security during the visit. We will need stewarding

for the following dates and locations;

Manchester:  14 - 18 June inclusive

London:  18-21 June inclusive

If you would like to volunteer as a steward, complete the application form 'TCB HHDL Jun12 registration

form STEWARD' (available from the community's website, main homepage) and refer to notes on the

second page of the application for eligibility.

Volunteers for Royal Albert Hall

We will also require at least 25 volunteers for the Royal Albert Hall event. If you like to volunteer for this,
